We are Hiring Senior Customer Service Specialist (Factory)
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Handle order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination.
- Work closely with the warehouse and operations team to resolve any issues
- Analyze and solve customer complaints efficiently
- Prepare and review reports related to service levels and performance
- Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and customers
- Minimum diploma
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in warehouse settings
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes and documentation
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and verbal)
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Able to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service systems
