What types of domestic helpers/maids do you provide?

We provide trained domestic helpers for various needs, including general housekeeping, childcare, elderly care and cooking.

What is the process for an employer to hire a maid through our agency?

Simply contact us for a consultation. Based on your requirements, we will recommend suitable candidates for your consideration.

How long does it take to get a maid after registration?


The hiring process usually takes around 3 to 4 months, depending on the maid’s origin country, immigration processing time and the completeness of the employer’s documents.

Are the maids trained before placement?

Yes, all our maids undergo training in household chores, hygiene, safety and basic communication skills.

What nationalities are available?

We primarily recruit maids from Indonesia and the Philippines. Availability may vary depending on demand and immigration regulations.

What documents are required from the employer to hire a maid?

Employers are required to provide the following:

  • Passport-sized photographs of both husband and wife
  • NRIC/Passport copies of both husband and wife
  • Marriage certificate (for first-time applications only)
  • Birth certificates of children aged 15 or below (if applicable)
  • Latest 3 months’ EPF and LHDN statements
  • Medical letter (if hiring for elderly care)
Is there a replacement guarantee if the maid is not suitable?

Yes, we offer a 3-month replacement guarantee, subject to our terms and conditions.

What are the costs and fees involved in hiring a maid?

Our fees cover recruitment, processing, training, work permits, insurance and government levy. A detailed breakdown will be provided during the consultation.

Do you assist with visa, permit, and insurance applications?

Yes, we handle the full process, including visa applications, work permits, FOMEMA medical checks and insurance coverage for the maid.

Can I interview the maid before hiring?

Yes, we offer online video interviews so employer can speak with the candidate before making a decision.

Documentation & Legal Matters

Do you help with work permits, visas and medical check-ups?
Yes, we handle the complete application and renewal process for work permits, visas and mandatory medical examinations, including FOMEMA, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
Is your agency registered and licensed by the authorities (e.g., JTK, CIDB)?
Yes, our agency is fully licensed by the Department of Labour (JTK) and operates in accordance with all relevant Malaysian laws and guidelines.
What happens if the maid’s permit expires or is rejected?
We provide timely reminders and full assistance for permit renewals. In the event of a rejection, we will investigate the cause and advise on the appropriate steps or alternative solutions.
Do you help with passport renewals and FOMEMA check-ups?
